These Terms govern your use of the KEDO Labs website and any services we agree to provide you. By using this site or engaging KEDO Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to them.

1. Who we are

KEDO Labs is an AI implementation agency. We design, build, and run targeted AI systems inside client operations on the assessment, deployment, and verification model described on our site.

2. Engagements & the verify-first model

Where we offer an assessment-first or sandbox-first engagement, the specific scope, duration, verification criteria, and any charges will be set out in a separate written agreement (statement of work) between you and KEDO Labs. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Examples on this website — including the "before and after" impact preview — are illustrative of the model, not promises of specific results for your business. Actual outcomes depend on your operation, data quality, tooling, and cooperation. We will always define success criteria with you and measure against your own baseline before any rollout decision.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your systems, processes, and any legal or regulatory constraints that apply to your industry.
Maintain authority to grant us access to the tools and data a deployment requires.
Ensure that any customer or employee data you share with us is lawfully obtained and that you have the right to have us process it.

5. Data & communications

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you join our mailing list, we will occasionally send operational field notes; every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, code we write while evaluating or building for you (until and as specified in a signed statement of work), and all content on this website. You retain ownership of your business data and of deliverables as agreed in a statement of work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEDO Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption — arising from use of this website or a service engagement. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse this site: no scraping at disruptive volume, no attempts to breach security, no submitting unlawful content through our forms.

9. Termination

Either party may end a service engagement as set out in the applicable statement of work. We may suspend or terminate your access to the website for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
